Terms of Service

CarMind is operated by CarMind Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Our service monitors Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, eBay Motors, and other platforms to identify motivated car sellers and deliver lead alerts to subscribers.

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CarMind.

CarMind is a paid subscription service. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. Your card is charged only when you choose to continue after the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.

CarMind provides information sourced from third-party listing platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data, motivated seller scores, trade value estimates, or AI-generated call scripts.

Lead scores and trade value estimates are indicative only and must not be relied upon as professional financial or valuation advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying any information before making a purchase decision.

We are not party to any transaction between you and a seller. CarMind is a lead sourcing tool, not a vehicle marketplace.

You agree not to:

• Use CarMind for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from our platform by automated means
• Use our AI call scripts in a misleading, fraudulent, or harassing manner
• Contact sellers in a way that violates applicable consumer protection or data protection law

Pro tier API access is licensed for use within your own business systems only. Resale of API output is not permitted without our written agreement.

The CarMind platform, scoring algorithms, and all original content are owned by CarMind Ltd and protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own vehicle sourcing activities.

Listing data sourced from third-party platforms remains the property of those platforms and their users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarMind Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, failed vehicle purchases, or decisions made on the basis of our lead data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe your use of the service is causing harm to other users or third parties.

On termination, your access to lead data will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of CarMind after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
